The confirmed preparation period for this smile set is 5–15 calendar days before dispatch from China. This is not a 5–15-day delivery promise: shipping transit is additional.

Two separate stages

1. Preparation: the order is prepared before it is handed over for shipment.
2. Transit: the parcel travels after dispatch. A destination-specific estimate is needed to plan arrival.

A worked example

If preparation takes 10 calendar days for an order, shipping transit starts after that preparation period. It would be incorrect to assume the parcel arrives on day 10. This is an explanation of the two stages, not a promised dispatch or arrival date.

Calendar days are not working days

The stated 5–15-day preparation range is measured in calendar days, including weekends. It does not describe carrier transit or promise weekend dispatch.

Before buying for a particular date

Ask for the delivery estimate for your destination before committing to a deadline. Confirm the delivery charge and any applicable taxes in checkout. Do not assume shipping is free or that every country is supported.

What to include in an enquiry

• Your destination country and postal code.
• The date by which you hope to receive the product.
• Your order number, if you have already ordered.
